The activities call for help from the community, particularly at the Lunar New Year Festival (Tet).
The Hanoi Fund for Agent Orange/Dioxin victims and the Hanoi Association for victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin will present 16.000 gifts, worth VND300,000 each, to other AO victims in Hanoi.
