The Germany-Vietnam University (GVU) will be built in Vietnam with an investment of 450,000 euros from the German state of Hessen, said Governor Roland Koch.

Meeting with Vietnamese Ambassador to Germany Tran Duc Mau in Wiesbaden city recently, the Governor mentioned an agreement reached during the Vietnam visit by German President Horst Koehler in late May, which has led to the establishment of the tertiary institution.
