Vietnam cuisine specially focuses on taste, sometimes doesn’t consider the nutrition value the first priority. Due to this, Vietnam cuisine system has less sophisticatedly-cooked dishes than Chinese cuisine, isn’t much inclined to highly aesthetic preparation like Japanese cuisine, but strongly focuses on mixing spices to make the dishes delicious or using tough, crispy ingredients which are very interesting to enjoy despites of not being really nutritive (for example: dishes made of young bamboo, legs and wings of chicken, animal viscera…)
